Mandatory FIFA 09 download to trial new mode

EA has priced its forthcoming Ultimate Team mode, revealing that it will cost 800 Microsoft Points.

The interesting part isn't that though but rather, how the DLC will be a mandatory download on March 19th when it is released.

The hefty 1.3G download will let you play five trials of Ultimate Team, EA asks if you want to buy it or get rid of it. A cool idea but having a 1.3G download forced upon you even if you're not interested? Good luck if you don't have that much space left on your HDD...
