IGN has the first details of Fallout 3's forthcoming Operation Anchorage DLC.

In the DLC mission, you have to fight the Chinese Army to liberate Anchorage - you might remember one of the loading screens shows a news report on how Alaska has been liberated. This mission will take place via a simulator, just as Tranquility Lane did.

The DLC will also contain new weapons, armour and achievements. Finally, Bethesda say the third bit of DLC, Broken Steel, will lift the level cap and introduce new perks along with it.
