Realtime Worlds has confirmed that there will be no more DLC for Crackdown, despite pleading from fans of the brilliant open-world action game.
The news was broken by Community Relations Manager Chris Dye in a post on the Crackdown forums in response to a fan petition.
"Unfortunately from a Realtime Worlds perspective there will not be any additional DLC for Crackdown; the company has moved onto our next Project, APB, and is 100% committed to that and other projects yet to be announced, and as such we are not in a position to work on any new Crackdown content."

Which sucks, because the first couple of bits they put out were excellent: new missions, weapons, Achievements the works. Dye does say that the company appreciates the support of Crackdown and "hopes to repay that in future" but it doesn't sound like it'll be in-game content. We'll settle for goodies for their upcoming and highly awesome MMO, APB.
