Soul Calibur IV's Character Creation mode has thrown up some wacky characters so far, from the Joker to Ronald McDonald.

By unlocking items through ranking up online, climbing the Tower of Souls and descending the Tower of Souls, you can put together some recognisable faces or characters.

We've ran into a few online and have hastily put together a few of our own, while some other projects didn't quite work out (Neo from Matrix, Obelix and Robocop being a few examples).
