First footage of Gridrunner+++ for Xbox Live Arcade

Tuesday 12-Feb-2008 3:41 PM Jeff Minter quietly uploads the video to Youtube showing the first XBLA incarnation of the classic shooter.

Jeff Minter has uploaded a video of Gridrunner+++, which was found by XBLAH and is now located on Youtube here.

The bearded one went into self-imposed media exile, following his rant about Frogger outselling Space Giraffe, and has quickly been working on a Xbox Live Arcade version of Gridrunner.

The footage of Gridrunner+++ shows an emulated Vic-20 and Commodore 64 Gridrunner, with the enhanced version presumably being kept under wraps. We can't help but wonder after Minter's rant though... will Microsoft release Gridrunner+++ AND Frogger 2 on the same day?
