Gamer suing Microsoft and Nintendo

Erik Estavillo, fresh from filing a lawsuit against Sony, is now taking on Microsoft and Nintendo.

His issue with Microsoft is that his 360 suffered the notorious red ring of death, and he notes that because he is disabled, he can't afford the "well over $100" free for repairs.

Because of "undue stress" and the "sadness he will have in the mean time of finding one he can afford," Estavillo is seeking $75,000 from Microsoft.

Estavillo is also looking for $5,000 from Nintendo, as the update 4.3 for Wii disabled his Homebrew Channel, which has interfered with Estavillo's "pursuit of happiness." He has also tried suing Sony in the past, claiming they suppressed his free speech rights by banning him from the PlayStation Network. The case was thrown out.
