E3: Square stirs up Final Fantasy XIV exclusivity rumours

Square-Enix has stirred the console exclusitivy rumour mill for Final Fantasy XIV.

Shinji Hashimoto, Senior Vice President of Square Enix, says "in terms of other hardware devices, including Microsoft's, we're considering all possibilities" for Final Fantasy XIV.

As it stands, Final Fantasy XIV is currently destined for PlayStation3 and PC. Yet given Final Fantasy XIII's stunning turnaround from PlayStation3 exclusive to multiformat title, what should we expect from Final Fantasy XIV?
