The Rock wanted as Marcus Fenix

The Rock is the top choice for the lead role of Marcus Fenix in the Gears of War movie.

That's according to Chris Morgan, who has just finished the script for the movie. Apparently Rock can "play the tough guy, but he can also play the nuanced, sensitive funny sad moments as well."

It won't be the first time that Rock will be in game-to-film territory either, having headed up the cast for Doom. Which, incidentally, didn't have any nuanced sensitive funny sad moments in. Who would your choice for Marcus Fenix be? And more importantly, who would play Cole Train?
