Taking a swing at this spring's landmark sports sim

Tiger Woods is a man who plays golf. Golf is a game where you hit balls long distances with clubs. Along with tennis, bowling and swords, golf is also the reason motion-sensitive controllers were invented. Thus the extent of my knowledge about Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13. Just as well I'm not presenting the latest OXM Report, isn't it?

That's the new swing mechanic, not a string of melted cheese that's somehow got stuck to his tee.
OXM deputy editor Mike Channell is, of course, presenting the latest OXM Report, just like he has virtually every OXM Report since time began. The man standing on the left looking scared is lead designer Mike DeVault. Topics covered include Kinect, the new animation system and the new campaign, which takes players from Tiger's childhood years to the distant future. Sadly, there are no robot house maids.

The game's out on 27th March in North America, 30th March in Europe.

    It's doubtful. It's not been like that in any previous TW titles. :(

    This may well be the game that finally means my Kinect camera will get some use! Can't wait for this one.
