I used to love Rally games but don't think i've bought one since the PS1 days for some daft reason?! Also used to love destruction derby so this gets more interesting every time i see it, been saying for ages the xbox needs some 'fun' racers (a la micro machines) as everything else is too serious. Dirt has had some great reviews so the pedigree is there, lets hope it does indeed have some codies magic and i could well be tempted, vid looks awesome!!

Yeah, carmageddon would be good, or a new flatout, just something that doesn't revolve around perfect laptimes and pristine handling and is decent fun. Road Rash was mooted a while ago, and whilst i think that by todays standards it'd be incredibly shallow, something different along those lines would be very welcome.
I watched the other two vids afterwards and is the guy controlling really good or is the game too easy? He gets into first within the first two corners and never looks back? If you're showing off a game with collisions and damage etc then get your hands dirty - sod the racing line!
I am seriously tempted to start a 'bring back micro machines' petition for codies though!!
