The first proper trailer for Aliens: Colonial Marines has appeared - on YouTube, which suggests that Sega might not have wished it to.
So far all we've seen is the teaser version put out just before E3, and the slightly extended version that came thereafter. The footage is from the demo we saw for cover feature on issue 75, but we've not had a press release so it might have been placed online by Weyland-Yutani spies. Watch it quick before it gets taken down, is our advice.

Just watched the trailer. Without sound, and for some reason the video was jumpy as hell (probably my connection), but still it showed exactly what I had hoped to see. Dark. Atmospheric. Scarey. So far, so perfect.

It needs more than nostalgia to make a great game, it needs some fresh gameplay mechanics to separate it from the currently available shooters.
