Soul Calibur 5 - 22 new screenshots and trailer

Namco Bandai's taken another slice at the press bucket, spilling 22 new Soul Calibur 5 gameplay screenshots and character artworks into the internet's lap. Find them in all their awesomeness below.

There's also a new trailer, showing mint-fresh and returning Soul Calibur battlers in action. Apparently the Soul Blade isn't as dead as we thought.

    Not that I'm trying to make sense of a fighting game's plot or anything, but isn't Ivy meant to be terminally ill? How has she survived the 17 years between IV and V? Unless she's become a sillicone-based lifeform! :lol:

    Isn't there something in her back story about not having a soul after bonding it with her sword? Something equally daft that would explain the lack of aging.

    Soul Calibur is my favorite fighting franchise, but trying to keep track of character stories has about as much point as expecting plot in porn films.
