Ubisoft have revealed three different special edition for Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
Breakdown of each version is below. Jump right to the bottom for the good stuff - mocked up images of each version.
COLLECTOR EDITION
- The Collector box: break the Assassin seal to unveil its contents
- An Artbook featuring 50 pages of illustrations and concept art related to the game.
- Original game soundtrack
- Assassin's Creed Embers Movie: an animated short film
- In-game content:
o Explore the prison of legendary Vlad the Impaler, the scourge of Constantinople who inspired the myth of Dracula. Seek out the hanging cell of the infamous leader to retrieve his personal blade, a deadly close quarters dagger capable of dispatching any foe.
o Play as two additional multiplayer characters: The Crusader & a new Harlequin revamped with a Constantinople flavour: the Ottoman Jester
- Behold the Animus Edition, holding secrets retrieved from the depths of the Animus
- In-depth encyclopedia, with comprehensive entries on the major characters, events and other important aspects of the Assassin's Creed universe.
- Original game soundtrack
- Assassin's Creed Embers Movie: an animated short film

The Animus edition caught my eye as well, but not for a grand! It's a game and a book, what's clocking up that much money?

I would expect a working Animus included for that price! It would probably be cheaper to fly out to Turkey and run on some rooftops yourself. Quite possibly funner as well.

i think the websites been updated as its no longer a grand but instead £75 on the 360. Still I might get the collectors edition though, as a GCSE art student looking at artwork is always interesting
