You may have noticed - scratch that, will have noticed - that the illustrious OXM Podcast has been conspicuous by its absence over the past few months.
Don't worry, we haven't fallen out of love with audio reporting - we've just been preoccupied with other things. There was Christmas, for instance, and that time somebody sent Jonty a kidney with some Fava beans and a nice bottle of Lucozade.
Rejoice, for the hiatus is at an end - it is our great pleasure to present a brand new podcast, in which the aforesaid Jonty and deputy editor Mike Channell speak to Bethesda's Pete Hines, aka the face, voice and fearsome right fist of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Jonty wasn't allowed to show off his spare kidney, but the pair did manage to get the Hines View on the value of graphics, whether Bethesda intends to revisit (whisper it: remake) some of its older games, the publisher's DLC strategy and why a sense of safety is vital in an open world sandbox.
And stay tuned for more podcasts in the coming weeks. We certainly aren't done with Skyrim - the next instalment features Bethesda co-founder Todd Howard.

I am a bit annoyed there is not an RSS link or an MP3 link for us Zune users. I don't own an iPod and it would be nice to have the feed in Zune instead of iTunes.

Good point. We'll see what we can do, and update the story if possible.
